Can I get some diseases from only having oral sex alone and from one girl only?
Hi! I am 16 and i have a girlfriend and she is also 16. We're both virgins and she's been giving me oral sex for quite a time now. We are only doing oral sex because we're both afraid getting her pregnant in such a young age. I never came on her mouth yet. She's just swallowing some of my "pre-ejaculate". Now my question is, can I, or can both of us get some diseases from doing oral sex? I have another question: Is "pre-ejaculate" more dangerous than the sperm cells itself?

Swallowing ejaculate or pre ejaculate is generally not dangerous. If you have both only been with each other you cannot get diseases, unless she has cold sores. Cold sores are a form of herpes "of the mouth". These are not the same thing as underlying zits or canker sores. Cold sores are a virus, meaning you have it forever and it is reoccurring. If she does have this, just don't let her perform oral during the time she has a break out.
